Club Trillium has a hirable space that is available to residents only. The room is approximately 10m wide and 17m deep and can accommodate up to 80 persons.

Availability :

Sunday to Thursday: 

  • Full Day: 9.30am to 9pm

Friday & Saturday:   

  • Full Day: 9.30am to 11pm (Room must be packed up and vacated by 11.50pm)

Cleaners will be scheduled between 5am – 9am.   

Function Room bookings must be placed online at least 14 days in advance. Availability for each day is shown on the booking page.


AMENITIES AVAILABLE IN THE FUNCTION ROOM INCLUDE:

Tables & Chairs

  • 2  x trestle tables (dimensions: 1.8m in length);
  • 10 x round tables (dimensions: 1.8m in diameter);
  • 3  x round, height adjustable bar tables;
  • 80 x chairs.

Sound System

  • Show Amplifier & Yahama Music Cast Blue Tooth receiver;
  • TV Screen with Wifi connected and a USB port located at the back to connect music through a USB stick. 
  • Wireless Mic is available. 

Heat & Serve Kitchen

  • 1 x LG Top mount Refrigerator/Freezer
  • 2 x Bosch Dishwashers
  • 1 x Bosch Fan forced Oven & Gas Stove Top
  • 1 x Sharp Microwave

Outdoor Space

  • When hiring the function room the hirer has access to the attached outdoor space inclusive of grass and deck areas.
